 New Associational Structure

Due to lack of quorum in our regular August Executive Meeting a special called meeting was held September 7th to deal with a motion from the Strategy Planning Committee concerning the new associational structure.

The motion passed unanimously without debate. This allows the association to begin the process of transitioning into the new structure. Please pray for our association and staff as we take this bold step toward more effective ministry.

You will hear more about our new structure at the annual meeting, October 16th at Giles Creek Baptist Church.

Concord Baptist Associational Structure
 
 
 
 
    The ultimate authority for the Association is the voice and vote of the messengers in annual session.  
  The Executive Committee will continue to meet quarterly as it has in the past. The Executie committee will transact the business of the association between annual sessions or any other business committed to it by the association in annual session.  
 
    The Associaiton Staff will have oversight of the Administrative Leadership Team and will conduct the day-to-day business of the Association.  
 
    The Administrative Leadership Team will be responsible for leading the various missions, ministry and evangelism efforts of the Association. The A.L.T. will create and dissolve teams as needed to meet the various needs of the association.
