Mission Statement
We are a network of autonomous Southern Baptist Churches
cooperating to more effectively fulfill the Great Commission
locally and globally.
(Matthew 28: 19-20, Acts 1:8).
Vision Statement
Our commitment is to:
- Develop and maintain healthy churches while starting new churches
- Coordinate ministry and missions
- Provide leadership development
Core Values
Scripture
We affirm the absolute truthfulness, trustworthiness
and authority of the Bible. It is our all-sufficient guide to Christian
faith and practice.
Global Missions
We believe in global missions. Each church is
challenged with the task of reaching our community, our state, our
nation
and the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Autonomy
We believe in the autonomy of the local church. Each church is free to make its own decisions.
Volunteers
We affirm that every believer is a minister. we are
committed to lay ministry to the mobilization and utilization of
volunteers.
Cooperation and Stewardship
We believe in cooperation with other churches in the
association, practicing obedient stewardship of our resources, in
order to accomplish the mission purpose of the association.
